The thing that keeps most clubs going are frequent, interesting contests. You could also begin a year-long project. Some non-craft clubs make calendars - people submit things all year long - seasonal photos pertaining to the club's subject matter, and near the end of the year the members hold a vote as to who wins what month, then they make the calendar available for purchase, with the proceeds going toward the club's subscription for the year. This club probably isn't alive enough to begin such a thing, although you could try I suppose.

You could, however, put up a poll (if your traffic improves a little bit) to see if anyone would be interested (not in participating - that would happen over time - but rather buying, if the quality were any good), and in the meantime, start people on another project. You Could also do it just for fun and display the results on a news page or a seperate website made for the club.

The most fun projects I've ever participated in are tarot card sets. You could create or have someone create a simple frame for them, then have people call dibs on drawing each of the tarot cards. They'd have a month or two to make their card and fit it in the frame and then the slot would be open to anyone else interested if they didn't finish.

Or you could have anyone do whichever card they want even if someone else is doing it but then you'd never get the lesser arcana all done.

Just some ideas. If you truely want a revival, I hope you find it.

I would very much like to post some artwork onto this site. I'd like to contribute to the club in this way!
